Delivery Time
we will do our every effort to send out your order at the earliest time. Normally, we need three working days to process the order after we received your payment. Generally, it takes around 5 days to US, around 7 days to UK and other countries.
Please be aware that arrival time=Order processing time+delivery time, and all delivery time is offer by Courier. During the Peak season, courier and custom office are extreme busy, thus some orders may need longer time than expected to arrive.
Online Shipment Tracking
The shipping of the items is online traceable. After send out order, we will email you a tracking number so that you can track the progress of your package. Tracking numbers are generally issued right after the shipping label is created. You can track your package with the shipment tracking information we provide at http://www.ems.com.cn/english-main.jsp or your national postal service website.

All parcels will be marked as "Gifts" or "Samples" to avoid fees imposed by customs, but the recipient will be fully responsible for the charges if there is any. All Parcels will be hold for picking up if it can not be singed or delivered. Recipient should be responsible if there is any return due to no claim for a long time. If a reshipment is needed, you should pay the reshipment cost.
Return Policy
Mix-matches takes great pride in the quality of our merchandises. All ordered items are the right items you pick here. We provide refunds or exchanges if the item is defective. Please contact us before returning an item. All returns must be notified to us in writing in advance within three (3) days of receiving the items(s). All returned merchandises should be sent to the shipping address we email you after you get our feedback here! Return policy is void if item has been worn or is not in the same condition it was shipped out in. All items being returned must have all the tags, packages, etc. it came in.
Exchanges
1. We will accept exchanges for a different size or color within 20 days of the original order dispatch date. Please contact us with your Order ID and one of our team members will help you. If you would like to exchange items to a different style, you would have to return your items for a refund (as per Return policy) and place a new order for the style you prefer.
2. You must contact us before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. Worn or dirty items will be returned back to you.
3. We do not cover the shipping cost of exchanges, and you will be responsible for the return postage and for the shipping and handling cost of shipping the exchanged items back to you. We recommend that you add tracking and insurance when sending items to us for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
